About the invoice generator

This invoice generator turns a handful of line items into a clean, client-ready PDF. Enter your business details, add the client, list what you did, and the totals update as you type. Tax is applied per invoice, and you can pick from thirty common currencies so the symbol and formatting match wherever you bill.

Three templates are included. Classic is a conventional layout that reads well in accounting software. Modern uses a coloured header band and generous spacing. Minimal strips everything back to type on white, which is the safest choice if your client prints invoices. You can upload a logo to any of them; it is embedded directly into the PDF.

Everything runs in your browser. Your logo never leaves your device, the PDF is generated locally, and no invoice data is sent to a server unless you are signed in and choose to save it. That also means the tool works offline once the page has loaded.

If you sign in with Google, each invoice you generate is saved so you can reopen it later, change the dates and amounts, and export a fresh PDF. That turns a one-off document into a reusable template for recurring clients, which is where most of the time saving actually comes from.

For pricing the work in the first place, the hourly rate calculator and the project quote calculator cover the two common approaches — billing by time and quoting a fixed fee.
