By using https://velra.tech you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised version.

Velra Tools provides free browser-based utilities. Everything is offered as-is. We may add, change or remove tools at any time, and we may take the site offline for maintenance or permanently.

An account is never required. Signing in with Google adds the ability to save and reopen your work; it grants no other rights or obligations on either side.

Invoices, quotes, QR codes, palettes, compressed images, converted PDFs, generated names and passwords produced with these tools belong to you. We claim no ownership over your input or your output, and no licence over either. You may use them commercially without attribution.

Business names generated here are word combinations, not our property. Confirming that a name is free to use — domain, trademark, and handles — is your responsibility.

You agree not to:

• Use the site to produce fraudulent invoices, quotes or documents, or to misrepresent another person or business.
• Attempt to overload, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, automate or bulk-request the service in a way that degrades it for others.
• Use the site in breach of any applicable law.

We rate-limit our endpoints and may block access that appears abusive, without notice.

The tools are provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that calculations are correct for your circumstances, that output meets any legal or regulatory requirement, or that the service will be available or error-free.

Check anything that matters. In particular: invoices and quotes are documents, not legal or tax advice, and requirements differ by country. Deposit, loan, investment, rate, margin and timesheet calculations are arithmetic on the numbers you supply, not financial advice. The disclaimer sets out where our figures can legitimately differ from your bank’s. Verify figures before you rely on them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, including lost profit, lost data or business interruption. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Because your files are processed in your browser and never uploaded, we hold no copy of them and cannot recover anything you lose. Keep your own originals.

The site uses Google for sign-in, Adsterra for advertising, and links to Ko-fi for donations. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ads are not endorsements — see the disclaimer. See our privacy policy for what each one handles.

You can stop using the site at any time. To delete your account and everything linked to it, email hello@velra.tech. We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these terms.
