A tool is missing something
There is a form for that — /suggest. Describe the task rather than the feature and we will work out the rest.
Delete my account
Email from the address you signed up with. Everything linked to your account is removed within 30 days, and we confirm when it is done.
Suggesting a tool
Requests have their own page so they do not get lost in the inbox. Use the suggestion form — email is fine too, but the form asks the two questions we would have asked anyway.
Before you write
Two things we get asked often. We cannot recover a file — the tools run in your browser and we never receive anything you process, so there is no copy on our side. And every tool is free with no limits; if something appears to be gated, that is a bug and we want to hear about it.
