Welcome to Velra. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website velra.tech and the browser game on it (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

The Service

Velra is a free, browser-based idle game. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time. The Service is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

Accounts

• You may play as a guest or create an account to save your progress in the cloud.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and be old enough to use the Service in your country.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Cheat, tamper with, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the Service or its servers.
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Service in a way that harms it.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other players’ data or our systems.
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

In-game progress and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money or transferred outside the Game.

The Service is supported by advertising. By using the Service you acknowledge that ads may be displayed. Your use of ads and any data collected through them is also subject to our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Velra and its name, artwork, and content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our permission.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that save data will never be lost. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
